By accessing our website and using our services at Abhay Catering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Abhay Catering provides premium catering, decoration, and event management services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our management team. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
A deposit is required to secure any booking. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific terms regarding payments and refunds will be outlined in your service contract.
While we strive for perfection, Abhay Catering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
